The Rocking S Art Ranch is an artist studio complex conveniently located in Phoenix, close to the 202 and 10 and 51. The mayor cross streets are 32nd St and Thomas. Three buildings surround a central courtyard. There are three studios currently available, all utilities included. On site access to kilns and clean up sinks. Currently artists working in a range of disciplines work at the ranch. We are offering discounted rents through August. Rents are reasonable and we host regular events.
