Part Time Estate Worker

I am looking for a part time Estate worker. Must have knowledge in lawn maintenance. This will include annual and semi annual pruning, cutting and bagging sod areas, fescue areas, maintaining flower beds, weed eating, edging, blowing. Full lawn maintenance in growing season. Also experience in operating bush hog tractor ( John Deere ). Will have light tree work, clean up when needed so need to be familiar with a chainsaw. I have all the equipment needed for the services. Will need clean drug test and references.
