Need old AC unit repaired

I live at the Archer Towers on Sherman St downtown area- There are older units for the AC that do not work and they have not been able to fix them. If you know how to fix these types and it can be done for a fair price for me, it could also mean that there might be more repair work available on this 400-plus unit building. Please help not sure what to do at this point.
