Flip/ Reno Contractors needed

Good day. Thank you for reading our ad. We are a contracting group doing flips/ renos for various clients throughout the Florida region. Our specific need is in the Tampa Bay Area (Hillsborough and Pinellas and Polk Counties). We are looking for established 2-4 person crews with experience under their belts with a working owner. Our projects range from $2000- $8000 and are fast paced. Which means we always hit the ground running day one. Typical Reno includes drywall work, paint, vanities, light plumbing, light electrical, stucco patches, door installation etc, etc. We work on a W/O basis and get pre generated scopes from the client. We give a lump sum number that includes material and labor. What sets us apart from many other groups is we cover material through the course of the project that will be simply removed from your lump sum and we pay 1-2 weeks after client has accepted final product. We do not do net 30 days. What you’ll need. (A MUST) General Liability Insurance and Workers Comp or the exemption. If the above peaks your interest.
