WHO ARE WE? Mover Mentality, and we're a rapidly growing moving company in Tampa that is currently hiring Driver positions ASAP! As a Driver you will be considered a Crew Leader, and we prefer Drivers that can bring their own Helper as each of our moves are typically 2 movers within a truck (the Driver & Helper). We are solely looking for hardworking individuals who have professional moving experience, and our pay scale is very competitive within the moving industry. In starting you will average about 20 - 25 hours per week, and this will easily grow into full-time positions for the right candidates. Why Work With Us? 1) Drivers receive $18 per hour, and customers also tip if you do a good job! 2) Helpers receive $15 per hour, and customers also tip if they do a good job! 3) Our movers consistently average $20 - $30 per hour every week when combining their hourly wage and tip income! 4) Weekly bonuses for top performers that receive great customer reviews and no damaged items! 5) We pay weekly (every Monday) in the form of a check or direct deposit! 6) These are Independent Contractor positions (1099), meaning we do not deduct taxes from your earnings! 7) We do not hold back your first week of pay, you will be paid that very first Monday! 8) Work schedule will be Monday-Friday with some Saturdays, and never work on Sunday! 9) Opportunities for advancement, an increase in your hourly pay, and so much more! Job Requirements? A) Must have a minimum of 2 years "verifiable" moving experience, no exceptions. B) Must have a valid driver's license and experience with driving 26 foot box-trucks. C) We provide excellent moving equipment to make your moves easier, but you must be physically capable of wrapping and moving furniture daily. D) You will report to one U-Haul location each shift to deploy from there in a truck to your scheduled move. E) Cannot miss scheduled moves as this will result in immediate termination.
