Welder needed for small residential job

I have wrought iron railings around my lower porch on my double house. A part of it has been separated from the tall part at the porch. When you come up the porch stairs, just at the porch and with the railings attached to them, you'll see two columns? of decorative wrought iron on each side of the porch and extending to the porch roof. Once on the porch, when you walk to the left, you'll see where the railing has separated from its column. It looks as tho' 1-2 inches are missing. You must be AMW certified. Please be able to prove it.
