ISO someone to share my studio

I have a 400+ sq ft studio in NE Minneapolis and I'm looking for a studio partner to share the space. I'm a mixed media artist. I'm at my studio frequently but not on a set schedule. You would have your own half of the space and there is a curtain divider currently. 24 hour secure access, utilities included, high ceilings, other cool stuff. Not a good match for someone who creates dust, hot work, or other. Also, you'd need to go through a check with my landlord prior. Not a big deal.
