2 hours or less = $40
2 to 2.5 hours = $50
2.5 to 3 hours = $60
3 to 3.5 hours = $70
3.5 to 4 hours = $80
4 to 4.5 hours = $90
4.5 to 5 hours = $100
5 to 5.5 hours = $110
5.5 to 6 hours = $120, etc.
