Wanted: Part-Time Experienced Handyman We’re looking for someone with a versatile skill set who is capable of completing both simple and complex repairs in a timely manner. This includes but is not limited to the following: Carpentry work: Hanging Shelves/pictures, paint touch-ups, cabinet hardware, drywall repair, molding repair, Electrical work: Replace bulbs for interior and exterior light fixtures and the fixtures themselves, mount cameras & video doorbells, circuit breakers, fuses Plumbing work: Toilets, faucets, fix leaks, retrofitting repair, unclogging drains & sewers HVAC: Inspection of HVAC systems, replace AC filters Outdoor Landscaping Flag needs in our homes that require immediate or near-term attention, provide guidance, and be available for situations that require immediate attention. What you’ll need: Ability to perform a variety of maintenance duties with skill and knowledge of preventative maintenance Strong communication skills and the capability to speak with multiple members of the team
