Where, when and how do we all find the balance to handle it all? During this workshop, we’ll explore what it means and how it looks to balance all of these titles while still maintaining to keep ourselves a priority. Because after all, we are no good to others if we try to pour from an empty cup. Be prepared to listen, share and learn. This is an interactive workshop where Daysha’na, along with her panel, share their experience with maintaining a healthy balance. "A Dollar & A Dreame was created to aid women in breaking down traumas and dismantling stigmas; while building their confidence to manifest their dreams. It is my goal, while also working on myself, to share what I learn and help other women just like me see their worth and realize their true potential.
