The successful candidate must have reliable transportation, a solid work ethic, and be able to pass a background check. Availability: Monday- Friday, 5 hours, afternoon Responsibilities: Trash removal Cleaning restrooms Low/high dusting Floor cleaning including vacuuming, mopping Maintaining safety/security of facility Maintaining entryway glass and lobby areas Ensuring janitor closets meet company safety and cleanliness standards Following company policies/procedures Qualifications: Janitorial experience is beneficial but not required; employee must be able to climb ladders; duties involve frequent bending/lifting About the company: System 1, Inc. is an industry leader in delivering facility services including janitorial, handyman services, snow removal, and landscaping.
