Join us for a low impact, sculpting workout that will lift, tone, align and burn from head to pointed toes. Led by the wonderful Natalia, you’ll move with control and methodically to challenge your stability in your body. Do expect to sweat with the fusion of chill house music. Added benefits of working on your posture, breathing, flexibility and most importantly your mindset.
Feel free to bring your own Mat and option of 1-3 lbs. weights/bangle weights, towel and water.
Feel free to wear socks, grip socks or go barefoot.
