Description
This is a difficult decision but necessary, we are looking for the perfect family/pasture for 2 mini ponies. They are bonded and would like to stay together if possible. Unfortunately we have not put a lot of training time into them in the last 6 months so someone with knowledge would ensure they receive the best treatment and life.
Opal is a 36" Shetland Pony, can be classified and a Class B mini horse mare. Only 12 yr old. Golden palomino pintaloosa. Look like a fluffy white unicorn in the winter. Super thick mane and tale. Easy to catch once she trust you. Fantastic on a lead line. We have owned her for a year and have not ridden her but her prior owner advised rides best for confident littles, has driving experience but again will need someone to work with her more. Loads fine on a slant loader, absolutely will not enter a forward/straight loader. Bathes, stands for feet, great for farrier, hates spray bottles, lunges, understands basic commands.

Mr Pickles is 2 yr a brown gelding. He does well on a lead but is still very young. I take him on walks down the road 2-4 miles often so work on this lead skills. He is super sweet, in your pocket horse. Huge personality! Would make a great kids pony, only after he receives proper training. Load in trailer. Still working through the hose and fly spay. Stands for farrier.
Both are great with big and small horses, goats, pigs, amd dogs. Easy keeper. On Orchard grass.
Serious injuries only.
