Landscape Maintenance Foreman with Driver’s License $18-$20 per hour (Cobb County) Lawn Maintenance Company is looking for an experience lawn maintenance technician for commercial and residential properties. COMPENSATION: Very Competitive Hourly Wages paid WEEKLY and discussed upon Phone Interview AND Fields Test. Applicants should be able to work well alongside our team with efficiency and attention to detail as well as be able to communicate well with other crew members. Candidates must: • Have a Valid Driver’s License with own transportation • Be able to pass a drug screening test and background check • Be punctual for the start of each day • Be able to work in all weather conditions • Be able to work long hours • Be able to work some weekends REQUIREMENTS: • 3 – 5 years’ experience required in supervisory role in lawn maintenance and landscape industry with primary focus on high-end residential clientele. • Must have Experience of commercial mowers, blowers, edgers, weed eaters and related landscape equipment. • Knowledge of turf types, care and services required. • Must know proper pruning techniques, plant and pest identification, disease control. • Basic knowledge of irrigation systems • Identify and know the difference in shrubs, trees, flowers and turf • Self-motivated and detailed oriented • Know how to properly plant shrubs, trees, flowers and turf • Knowledge of small repair of equipment is a bonus • Ensure that all safety policies of company are enforced • Monitor Daily Crew Performance (Route Sheet Distribution/Time Sheet Review) • Anticipate and Evaluate Equipment Needs- Manage crew equipment inventory and repair issues. • Budget Management/Scheduling- Work with manager to maximize crew routes and hours management. Modify routes based on new work and cancellations. • Work with crews to ensure that the Burke Landscape Management level of quality is maintained. • Being a strong problem solver by presenting solutions and effectively plan and prioritize. • Assist in creating daily schedule for up to 4 crews and communicating relevant specifics for work orders to the crews and ensuring their completion. • Ensure shop trucks are organized and cleaned on a regular basis. • Maintenance Management: 3 years (Required) If you meet these requirements and are interested in be considered for this opportunity, please email us with your resume, including work experience and references.
