Can you build fence and paint?

Would consider a team of 2: I need a couple sections of wooden fence built. About 50' and a gate that I already have one of for a template. I need posts centered and level, rail hangers & rails installed, then 8' pickets put up. Extra points for having some tools and you need to have a truck. I have a 12" chop saw and many tools. I need someone that knows how to work! I pay $20 an hour, plus $1 a mile (Home Depot is only 4 miles away). If you work out I will pay a fuel periderm too. Going to work would cost you ZERO. I also provide lunch each day (up to $10 at any fast food). Cold drinks, water and a beer when you punch out. I pay cash at the end of the day up to 10 hours per. I also need some sanding and painting done on the facia and soffits of my house. To include pressure washing (I have one), scape, repair as needed, caulk holes and cracks, then paint. I have some additional repairs and projects that can be discussed. If you don't know what you're doing, if you want to stand around and look at your phone, if you're afraid of the heat, then just skip this ad please. You'll waste your time, because I'll pay you your 1 hour and send you home. Great job for someone who wants some extra cash and you can even work this nights and weekends if you like 7:AM-dark and I have outdoor lights too. Full shop & warehouse with 75 gallon 5hp, 3 phase compressor (if you have the air tools I have the air!), also fans and lights. I think I have at least 50 hours plus of work. That's a grand or more! CASH! Would consider a team of two ($40 an hour). I don't need a book but tell me your tools, truck & experience.
