Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor - Night Shift

We are looking for a Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor to join our team and oversee the night shift. Oversee and coordinate nightly warehouse activities such as reviewing products before shipment goes out for delivery, managing inventory levels, supervising staff, and securing the warehouse. • Supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees • Organizing workflow • Assign workloads to warehouse workers • Examine picked products and compare it to the Picking Tickets to verify accuracy of products before it goes out for shipment on delivery trucks • Assist in warehousing, and distribution • Assist in complying with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements • Assist in safeguarding operations, facility, and product • Assist in controlling inventory levels with physical counts and reconciliation • Assist in maintaining physical condition of the warehouse, sanitation • Hold associates accountable on policies and procedures not being followed • Maintains physical condition of warehouse; inspecting equipment • Responsible for all aspects of fulfilling customer orders regarding modification, substitutions and communication of any changes to Warehouse Operations Manager • Promote a safety culture Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Qualifications: • One (1) year supervising experience, skills, knowledge • Good communication skills • Bilingual in Spanish • Ability to pay attention to detail • Ability to prioritize work assignments • Proficient knowledge in MS Outlook, Word and Excel • Must be able to work Night Shift We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
