I'm Janisha Bessiake. I am the founder of Bessiake Coaching. Where I serve as an Identity. I help others heal and become secure in their identity by using mental health tools and biblical principles. Through 1:1 and Group Coaching services. Identity worshops is created to help others heal and become secure in thier authentic self. Who is this for? ~Women+Men are welcomed. ~People who feel uncertain of who they are. ~People who would like to start a new self disovery jounrey, but isn't sure where to start. ~People who are hurting from parental and emotional wounding. ~People who wants to start their healing process. What we'll cover: We will cover the importance of being vulnerable with self through intimacy. Exposing and acknowledging the internal dialougue we have with oursleves. Lastly, becoming aware of the triggers that causes us to think the way that we do. Things you'll need: All you'll need is a device to use zoom for the workshop, and a open heart.
