Need new home for dog by TOMORROW

Found this sweet female dog in fresno yesterday, but I must take her to the shelter by tomorrow afternoon. I don't want to have to do that, though, so I'm hoping I can find her a foster or a new owner before then. She is so sweet, great with kids, and great with other dogs. She is dirty, though, and definitely needs to be cleaned up. Seems quite young, no older than a year I believe. Signs of neglect by previous owner.
