Bring your own grill or smoker for a summer cookoff. Upon arrival, each participant will be provided meat. Cost of entry is $25, which will help us cover the cost of the meat and prizes. Each chef will cook a pork shoulder or rack of ribs.
Meat will be blind tested by experienced judges. We have at least one executive chef judging so bring your A game. :)
If you aren't into grilling but love to eat great food, the remaining meat as well as sides will be sold by the plate after the competition for $7.00 per plate. This will include meat and sides!!
This is a fundraiser. All proceeds for the event will go to Raising Hope in Erie, IL.
