need space for controlled fire for art film

I am a local filmmaker and student hoping to shoot a couple of seconds of footage of a couch on fire. It's the last shot in a film I am making and I'm hoping to shoot it in the next couple days. This should be a super speedy and safe process, I just live in an apartment so I am unable to set up the couch in a fire pit of my own. Let me know if anyone can do this! I can pay you in zines/baked goods/ hand-printed t-shirts
