Start the Toastmasters new year off right! Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI) provides training for club officers to help them understand their roles and that of other officers in their club. Sessions are conducted by leaders and peers who've held these club officer positions. Anyone considering a leadership role within his or her club can gain valuable insight into several roles. All attendees are encouraged to attend and become familiar with the behind-the-scene workings of our organization. During TLI, club officers learn how to perform their duties effectively and discuss with fellow club officers what works well in growing a healthy club. Additional workshops offer opportunities for improving individual communication and leadership skills for personal growth, as well as a chance to network with Toastmasters from around the state. First networking opportunity will be from 8:00 – 8:45 am and the event starts promptly at 9:00 am. In addition to club officer sessions, there will be a special keynote presented by Past International Director, Distinguished Toastmaster, Lee Holliday. TLIs are fun-filled events where Toastmasters and club leaders enjoy camaraderie and excellent quality educational sessions. Don't delay! Register today for this in-person event.
