Oscar in desperate need for home!

We have a fully grown Oscar who has been living in very poor living conditions. (10 gallon tank). It is just total neglect and I don’t know of any petshop or anything that would take in this poor fish. My last resort would be either killing this fish or releasing him into the river because anything is better than what he’s living in. This guy is free to anyone who can provide him with a 55 gallon+ and medical treatment that is needed. I’m also looking for advice from anyone who can help potentially help him :(. -email me
