ADV Property Services has multiple immediate positions open for: *Experienced Painters must be able to do prep. work prior to painting (sanding, skim coat ceilings, fill nail holes and some trim repairs). *We are also seeking General Laborers to assist with daily operations as needed. Some experience with the following would be a benefit: sheetrock installs, repair, taping & mudding, window & door install, carpentry, basic electrical & plumbing, painting, deck repair, bathroom & kitchen repairs cabinet & countertop installs etc. These positions are for immediate fill Monday thru Friday & some Saturdays as needed. We are looking for someone with recent work experience, verifiable recent references, must be able to work alone or in a team environment, must be able to follow instructions and be able to trouble shoot problems, must have own transportation to & from the job site If interested please respond with your full name, phone number & work experience.
