ADV Property Services is seeking an Experienced Property Rehab person with 5+ years of actual Hands-On Experience & Recent References. This is position is full time immediate opening including some Saturdays as needed. Must be proficient in, but not limited to the following: sheetrock installs, repair, taping & mudding, window & door install, carpentry, basic electrical & plumbing, painting, deck repair, bathroom & kitchen repairs cabinet & countertop installs, flooring install etc. We handle all aspects of home rehab. & repairs in the Western Mass area. We are looking for someone with recent working experience, verifiable recent references, must be able to work alone or in a team environment, must be able to follow instructions and be able to trouble shoot problems. You must have your own tools and own transportation and be able to pass a background check. Pay is based on your experience & abilities as a Sub Contractor and will be discussed at your interview.
