Busy State of the Art Laundry in Central Falls. Seeking laundry attendants and assistant managers. Seeking employees to work full time or part-time and support day to day operations, and general customer service, answering phones and wash and fold, drop off and pick-up and light cleaning ensuring store is in-order, clean, stocked and operational. Ensure store cleanliness. Support store operations and exhibit great customer service. Offers the right person(s) stable and growth potential and opportunity to learn new skills! Essential Job Functions: Assist customers with use of laundry cards, machine selection and operation, retail sales purchases, and wash and fold orders Responsible for managing the cash register and or POS Has a thorough knowledge of the products sold and what they are used for; encourages customers to purchase additional items Ensures vending items and store products stocked at such as laundry essentials janitorial items are running low Utilizes the log books to report any building or equipment maintenance issues; immediately informs supervisor of unsafe situations that arise during a shift Maintains a safe environment inside and outside of the store Walks the floor picking up debris, emptying trash containers, checking bathrooms and performing other cleaning duties as required Job Requirements: Must be able to stand for up for shift and or lift 20+ pounds Must be able to communicate in a professional manner retail is preferred Ability to resolve customer issues/complaints a plus Ability to perform assigned tasks by management Ability to cover shifts on a flexible basis a plus WHAT WE OFFER: Employee Discount Program Flexible schedules for full-time and part-time employment Growth opportunities, Fun, Energetic Work Environment Holiday Pay Promotions offered Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
