Yard sale help $40 for < 1 hour Sat 7/9

Help me move heavy stuff downstairs and into the yard. This will involve two heavy work benches, a chair, and a medium size table down 1 flight of stairs, and about 40 ft into yard. I assume it will take less than an hour but if over will pay what ever fraction of additional hour at $40/hour. This will be Saturday morning July 9th.
