We pride ourselves in a company culture that is team oriented while encouraging job autonomy. __________________________________________________________________ PURPOSE - MAINTENANCE TECH Seeking an individual with experience maintaining residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical appliance repair and/or replacement as well as maintaining grounds and laundry rooms. Willing to take direction from Maintenance Supervisor. Looking for a team player, with a can do attitude, willing and able to work 40 hours per week, plus share on-call weekend duties. References required. P QUALIFICATIONS - MAINTENANCE TECH Good Communicator Neat and Professional Appearance Ability to work independently and problem solve Willingness to be on-call and manage emergency repairs as needed Physical ability to routinely lift 50 lbs, periodically larger amounts Dependable transportation with ability to haul tools and materials Clean verifiable driving record, valid Drivers License and proof of Automobile Insurance ___________________________________________________________________ JOB HOURS Both positions are full-time, Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, with a 30-minute lunch. Our office is a 15 minute commute from downtown Eureka, Cutten and Freshwater. Both of these positions require driving as far South as Field’s Landing and North to Arcata.
