Riverwalk RV Park and Campground Job Summary: The Maintenance Worker will perform general maintenance and repairs around the property including, but not limited to plumbing, electrical, landscaping, cleaning facilities, and painting. Duties/Responsibilities: • Cleans and assists with the upkeep of the facilities. • Maintain grounds, including garden and yard upkeep, trimming, edging, mowing the lawn, etc. • Perform minor fixes, such as repairing broken locks, changing lightbulbs, etc. • Perform necessary cleaning activities, such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, etc. • Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: • Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers. • Knowledge of general maintenance skills. • Ability to use hand tools and power tools. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. Preferred Skills/Abilities: • Knowledge of electrical • Knowledge of plumbing Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods of standing and walking. • Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl. • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
