Hi, I wanted to put out an ad to connect with local college students and recent college graduates. I've been looking for townhomes and I have a list of a few. I don't mind if you smoke, but I really do like keeping a neat house. I do Sunday morning cleaning and laundry. I'm in college full-time and work as well. Please let me know if you are interested!
