Expedition starter help

Ok hi I drive an 1998 Ford expedition and my starter is out again apparently! I already tried posting this a month ago but I ended up having a friend help me fix it. That was almost 4 weeks and everything has been fine ever since then and all the sudden today it won't start again ! So I'm kind of confused as to why it would already be broken again cuz like I said it's been running absolutely fine like normal for 3 weeks and then out of nowhere it did it again they're just won't start again! However I don't know if this is like important or not but somebody had pointed out to me that apparently I guess it leaks oil or something also because this starter the one that's not working out and the one that was replaced we're both like drenched in oil so I don't know if that has something to do with it or what but yeah.... So the deal is- I need help badly! I actually live in my truck and so I really really need help bad. Also, I do not have the part either! However, I can cook, clean and organize VERY VERY GOOD OK. As of this morning- I've been broke down on the street that is next to the Laquinta on Portland Ave
