We are looking for a Manager/Carpet & Floor Technician to take care various facilities, carpet cleaning, floor waxing and carry out cleaning/maintenance duties. This individual would also manage job schedule, sales & provide bids/estimates. Starting rate is $20/hr and is commensurate with experience. Responsibilities include: - Carpet cleaning & floor scrubbing/waxing - Work with current clients on providing additional carpet/flooring services, provide estimate for the service and determinate schedule availability - If needed, clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) - Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects - Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs - Stock and maintain supply rooms - Cooperate with the rest of the staff - Follow all health and safety regulations Skills: - Proven work experience as a carpet cleaner and/or floor/waxing technician - Ability to handle carpet/floor equipment and machinery - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies - Integrity - High school degree If interested, contact Mike at (717) 394-3464.
