Karma is not a bitch

Description

I am that cat owner that always said that nothing would ever make me give up my baby. I'm crying so hard as I write this. I HAVE to go to North Dakota, it is not an option and I already bought my ticket. Tickets to North Dakota are very expensive and it has already set me back. I didn't realize the pet fee was so expensive, plus you have to go to the vet to have them cleared first.  So I need to find a good home for my baby. My cat's name is Karma, she's a diluted Tortie. She's 5. She's been fixed and had her shots. When I found her she was in heat for the first time so her owner put her out. Karma was afraid of everything and it took me a long time to build her trust. She doesn't like to be petted anywhere but her head and neck, but she does like you to rest your hand on her. I think Karma would make a great pet for an elderly person.  She listens if you tell her no and she's very well behaved. Please no dogs. Karma has never seen one. I think it would be best if she were your only kitty,  but she has been around other cats. I am not going to hand my baby over to just anyone. Tell me why you are the best choice. I am not leaving until the 17th and I would prefer to keep Karma for as long as possible until then, but I would like to start working on my decision now. I don't want to give her up so her new family has to be better than me, because that's what she deserves.
