Looking for Doggie Daycare

Looking for a doggie daycare or individual in the Manheim, Lititz or Manheim Township area who could watch my 15 year old Yorkie mix during the day from 7am to 530pm while we're at work. My work schedule has changed and I'm struggling to quickly find care for my little old girl. I do not want to put her in a "commercial" doggie daycare setting as that would be pretty jarring for her. We will provide you with her lunch, treats, bottled water and travel bowls every day. She is very quiet as long as someone is with her, and she mostly sleeps all day. She cannot climb steps or jump onto/off of furniture, and is very well-mannered. Must have a secure, fenced yard and no kids or large/active dogs. Please provide at least three personal references and at least one veterinary reference (bonus points if you provide more, have previous animal care experience or have worked with a vet!).
