Our dog Toby wandered off Friday night (7/1) from the Weems Creek/West Annapolis neighborhood. He is a yellow lab, very afraid of fireworks but otherwise friendly. He is about 60 pounds and has a blue collar with our phone number on it. Cell phone (which is not local - so the 310 area code is correct!): We will get voice and text msgs on this number.
