We need help from the public: Do you know this person or have seen them walking their dog? This person was caught abusing thier dog in late March of this year wearing a lavender coat. Do you recognize them? Please look at the photos closely, warning the video May be hard to watch. This happened at the corner of Pomeroy Road and Sheridan Road in Southeast DC.
