Busy professional and new homeowner starting a side business, looking for a great local personal assistant. I would love to find a detail-oriented personal assistant who loves organization, enjoys brainstorming while also being independent, as well as generally helping out with whatever is needed. Duties include: -Help with basic household chores such as laundry, general tidying, etc (we have a cleaner who performs a monthly bathrooms/kitchen deep clean) -Keep my spaces organized, including office, closet, files, and so on -Managing various errands such as shopping, post office, and so on -Look after our cute kitty Peggy when we are out of town -Help with house/yard projects as they arise - project planning, gathering materials, scheduling needed services, etc. I’m a new homeowner and have a lot to learn! -Using shared project management software (Quire) to track tasks My household is myself and my partner, both in our mid 30s and starting new ventures that are consuming much of our time. We both work from home, and I also travel frequently for work. An ideal schedule would be 1:00–3:30 p.m. Monday and Thursday, but I’m flexible as long as the tasks get done.
