Description
Spotted an unaltered male pit bull with a white spot on his chest on the bike path between El Colegio and Storke Family Student Housing/Storke Ranch at 9:00pm, July 4.
He wasn't super timid, but rushed off into the brush heading towards Santa Catalina dorms before I could get a photo.
