Farm Hand / Property Maintenance Full Time Seeking a self-motivated individual for light farm work and general maintenance and repair for a farm and household in Yarmouth Maine. The successful applicant will have general farm knowledge as well as an understanding of property maintenance and light carpentry and handyman skills. Work will include caring for animals, performing and scheduling preventative maintenance and repairs, light vehicle mechanical skills, and ensuring that the farm and house remain organized and in good repair. Applicant should be able to use email and texting and a general understanding of basic computer and phone app functions. The work week will generally be Monday through Friday with the understanding that there may be occasional need for help on weekends during busy times or in case of a specific repair or incident. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to submit to a background check and drug test prior to employment. Compensation: $25 per hour, 40 hours per week, 52 weeks each year. 7 paid national holidays annually 10 paid vacation days annually Applicant should provide: Work history, list of skills, date of availability.
