Position Overview: We are seeking a Carpet Cleaning Technician & Housekeeper; we need you to provide the best cleaning service available going above and beyond to create a lifetime customer because our culture is all about service. Carpet Technician Requirements: ∙ Give exceptional customer service. ∙ Quote our services on-site. ∙ Identify and analyze customer's concerns about stains and damages. ∙ Productively and safely move furniture to prepare the place for cleaning. ∙ Remove stains from carpets using our special equipment. ∙ Perform routine equipment maintenance. ∙ Effectively assess carpet damage & accurately determine proper carpet treatment. ∙ Pay special attention to details, ensure carpet, upholstery, or any other items are cleaned properly and in a manner that is satisfactory to the customer. ∙ Maintain company equipment, e.g., truck-mounted system, upholstery cleaning tools, floor fans, etc. ∙ Lift and carry all of the necessary carpet cleaning equipment. ∙ Determine the right chemical solution to remove stubborn dirt and stains from carpets. ∙ Inform customers about carpet cleaning products and additional services. ∙ Collect payment from customers. ∙ Clean work van/truck after each cleaning job. House Cleaning / Housekeeper Requirements: ∙ MUST have your own reliable transportation ∙ Must have Flexibility/Work Available 7 days week ∙ 9am -5pm Work Hours ∙ Prior experience working as a professional cleaner is a PLUS but not a must ∙ Pride of work and dedication to serving clients ∙ Able to accommodate a wide range of client cleaning requests (deep clean, oven cleaning, green cleaning) Skills and Qualification: ∙ Valid Drivers License ∙ Ability to use and maintain cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies ∙ Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge. ∙ Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. ∙ Positive Attitude and a Customer Service mindset. ∙ Attention to Detail. ∙ Professional yet Human (personable) demeanor. ∙ Team Player. ∙ Organized and detail-oriented. ∙ Good time-management skills.
