What you’ll get: Free accommodations Proximity to great hiking, fishing, and exploring during off time (it’s the land of “midnight sun”) Spend the summer with people who work hard and love the outdoors A decent pay check that doesn’t get spent on rent!(Work hours dependent on the fishing harvest) What you might do: Sit or stand for hours at a time sorting fish heads on a line (indoors) Pressure wash totes, getting fish guts all over your provided rain gear Lift heavy stuff, flip heavy stuff, push heavy stuff – seriously – it’s heavy Drive a forklift Monitor and operate process machinery Package finished products Alaska Omega Nutrition is a leading raw material supplier. Current Suppliers include every major commercial seafood processor in Kenai, Kasilof, Wittier, and one in Valdez. The work season is flexible - starting as soon as mid-May and running as late as August or September
