help with taking out trash

we live in Chula Vista and we need some help taking down a few bags of trash every two weeks (or at least just once this month for now). There is not a lot!! There is only like a few bags than can be easily taken out in minutes and the dumpster is right here, but we live up one flight of stairs and cannot walk right now due to disabilities. This one time there will be just a little extra trash. Hopefully to be done this week. We can pay a little. Please let me know, text 619-three four one-0697 and I'll get back soon.
