The Nikiski plant is designed to process 100% of the anticipated byproduct from local, sustainable, marine harvests into nutraceutical grade oil, and dehydrated products rich in protein and other vital, natural nutrients. Current Suppliers include every major commercial seafood processor in Kenai, Kasilof, Wittier, and one in Valdez.
The work season is flexible - starting as soon as mid-May and running as late as August or September
