Need A Full-Time House Keeper and Airbnb cleaner

I have a need for a full-time house keeper that can do housekeeping activities as well as Airbnb Turnovers I need a housekeeper that can come do house organization and cleaning for my primary residence, 3 - 4 days a week. Duties to include washing clothes, ironing, sweeping, mopping, dusting, putting clothes away, general cleaning, and running errands for the household this will be around 20- 22 hours a week We also have an Airbnb Business that is expanding and we are looking for someone to do our Airbnb turnovers as. The same person will be both our personal housekeeper and do our Airbnb turnovers. I estimate this work to be 10 -12 hours a week. All in, you can expect to work about 30 -34 hours a week. We have a total of 4 properties under contract right now and we are growing. With the four Airbnb properties and the primary residence, you will be cleaning up to 5 properties every week. The position will require that you turn over the Airbnb properties, they are usually 4-6 turnovers a week. As with Airbnbs, some of these turnovers occur on the weekends. Therefore you will need to be comfortable working a few hours on the weekends when necessary, however, most times you will be notified in advance of the weekends you will need to work for a few hours to turn over the Airbnb. In addition to cleaning the Airbnbs, you will need to take inventory, buy supplies, restage the properties, take pictures of damages, restock supplies, and clean/disinfect these properties. In addition to the weekly salary, since gas is ridiculous right now, we will pay for mileage/gas when running errands. This is in addition to the weekly rate!! Requirements: Must have reliable transportation Must have 2-3 years of experience as a housekeeper and/or Airbnb turnovers
