NEED A ATTIC GABLE FAN INSTALLED

I need someone to get in the attic and install a gable exhaust fan. It has places to put screws in. There is one already there but the motor went bad so I need that removed and the new one put in. I can tall you that it is HOT in that attic. PLEASE, IF YOU HAVE NEVER DONE THIS DONT RESPOND. There is already a electrical wire up there for the new wires to b e hooked to. Please give me a ball park price. I am right off Lawndale and Lake Jeanette Rd
