Description

We found a small white, very sweet older dog near Irvine Blvd. and Prospect in Tustin. People noticed it roaming loose from miles away and couldn't catch it. It has a bump on its chest. It is micro-chipped but it is not activated. I don't have pictures but I can get some if needed.
