I am seeking for an assistant to help with:
-Researching the required information for a project
-Contacting and booking a business
-Answering/making calls
-Plan and schedule appointments
Qualifications:
-Organizational skills
-Attention to detail
-Good written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to multitask
-Previous experience in office tasks and related fields is a plus but not required.
-High School diploma
-2 References
-Basic computer skills (to research, fill out forms etc)
$17/hr
