Need someone to change locks and take pictures

Looking for someone to assist with my rental properties in a very specific way. When I have a vacancy I need the person to change the locks and take pictures of every room of every floor in the house. That is it. There is no chance this will expand into doing rehab or cleanouts. I have people for that already. This is not a high volume of work and you will be paid per service (so not a full time or part time job). I need the person to feel confortable going to both center city Allentown and center city Reading (90% of properties are in Reading). If you are inerested please respond letting me know: 1) How far do you live from Allentown and Reading. 2) How much do you charge total (labor and materials combined) for changing front and back door pair of locks with hardware that entails a single key working on all the locks.
