Need someone to Diagnose and Fix Power Issue with 2009 Mitsubishi Lanc

I have 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer - No power when I turn the key whatsoever. Tried a jumpstart already with no success but a jumpstart seemed to activate the accessories and dash lights but still wouldn't start. Battery is brand new. I suspect a Fuse or Ignition Switch. Text or call.
