PV and Mini–Split Installer Integrated Solar Applications Corporation (ISA), a Brattleboro-based renewable energy company seeks a PV and Mini-split installer to join our team. ISA is looking for an individual with construction experience and strong attention to details. The successful applicant will have physical strength, stamina and no fear of heights and present in a professional manner. A valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record are necessary. This is a full-time position and has an hourly wage determined by experience and qualifications. Duties and Responsibilities: • Assist lead installer with quality solar PV and mini-split installations in the following areas:  Solar PV – Roof penetrations and attachments, groundwork preparation, racking, optimizer assembly, combiner box assembly, grounding, homeruns, panel attachments, inverter racking, and other related tasks  Mini-Splits – Indoor unit mounting, outdoor unit bases, outdoor racking and compressor units, line sets with line hide cover sets, copper line flaring, line insulation, branch boxes • Read plans, make calculations, layout components by measurements, snap and pull lines • Assist with overall crew and job site safety in areas of staging materials and tools, loading trucks, general support, site preparation, set-up and clean-up General Qualifications: • At least one year of solar and mini-split installation desirable though not required, residential and/or commercial • Construction experience required; general construction, carpentry, electrical, roofing, etc.  Physical strength, stamina no fear of heights:  Ability to work in various positions including stooping, standing, bending, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods  Ability to easily lift 60-pound solar panels  Not afraid of heights, ladders or scaffolding • Strong attention to detail • Reliable transportation • Insurable Driving Record • Valid Driver’s License • Ability to pass background check • Professional appearance • Willingness to take certification courses paid for by employer for NABCEP PV and EPA Refrigerant Certifications Salary: • $15 - $25/hour based on proven experience • Individual and family health and dental care plans • 401k plan with company contribution matching • Paid sick, personal and holiday days • Paid vacation commensurate with tenure • Profit sharing • Paid education and training Please send resume and cover letter
