Our parked car was ran into at 1:45 AM Last night by a hit and run driver. The person drove away but a good portion of their white Chrysler 300 (or similar) was left behind and collected by the police. This was on Putnam avenue off of Swift in Richland.
If anyone has a camera in the vicinity that they could check or has seen a white Chrysler 4 door with extensive left front/missing grill/front end damage a phone call or email to officer Jeremy Sandin at the Richland police department would be appreciated. The police responded quickly but could not locate the car. A reply to this post would also be helpful if that is your preference.
Its frustrating that those making bad decisions are rewarded when they break the law and then run with no consequences and those who are working hard are stuck with a totaled car and the mess.
